Founded on March 8, 2013, KADEM is a non-governmental organization that operates with the aim of building a safe society where women can live with dignity and a just future. It adopts the principle of “equality in existence, justice in responsibility” as its foundational value.

Actively engaged on the international stage, KADEM serves on the executive board of the W20 summit, which was established under the G20 during Türkiye’s presidency. Since 2015, KADEM has participated in the W20 summit each year, contributing to efforts in the field.

Our Values
Selcuk University is a state university which is now among Turkey’s largest educational institutions involving over 70.000 students. It has a wide range of education opportunities ranging from health to social sciences and natural sciences with its 23 faculties, 6 graduate schools, 6 colleges, 22 vocational schools and a strong language education infrastructure with its Faculty of Literature and the School of Foreign Languages providing education in many languages. More importantly, it has an enormous campus and many facilities ranging from a shopping-center, swimming pool, tram, stadium etc. With also its conservatory, sports academy, fine arts, graphic design, radio&T, technology faculties and Erasmus House, it frankly shows that it aims not only providing education opportunities for young people, but also encourage their social inclusion with different social facilities/activities.
And as a city university established in the center of Anatolian civilization, in a multicultural geography, it is also more than just a university. Reaching every individual who wishes with distance education activities, it is like a bridge between the city and the people with its Medical Faculty Hospital, Dental Clinics, Animal Hospital, Vocational Courses and Laboratories that are open to all people; and with its Barrier-Free Living Unit, Women-Family-Society, Autism and Elderly Care Research Centers working for people’s needs.
Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) is a leading research and study-based technological university in Lithuania, distinguished for its long-standing contribution to the academic, cultural, and scientific development of the country. Established in 1922, KTU has played a vital role in shaping the regional and national academic landscape, fostering cultural and ethical values, advancing education, promoting societal growth, and driving innovation breakthroughs in science and technology.
Today,KTU comprises 9 faculties, 8 institutes, 9 research centers, 18 student organizations. KTU is the founder of two integrated science, study, and business centers – the “Santaka” and “Nemunas” valleys. The KTU National Innovation and Business Centre is responsible for the protection and commercialization of the university’s scientific output. The university has also established an Artificial Intelligence Competence Centre, which is responsible for formulating KTU’s policy on AI development and coordinating activities related to artificial intelligence. Its study programmes span a broad spectrum of disciplines, including engineering, technology, natural sciences, humanities, and social sciences. The university actively develops interdisciplinary study programmes and promotes open courses and multidisciplinary modules that encourage innovation and collaboration across fields.

Beyond academics, KTU’s campus life is rich and diverse. Umbria Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craftsmanship and Agriculture (CCIAA Umbria) is a Public Entity that has today 80 people staff, placed in two offices (in Perugia and Terni): its public mission is to enhance local economy and to represent businesses, safeguarding their interests and creating favorable conditions for their development.
CCIAA holds and manages the Public Business Register consisting of more than 91.000 companies: it provides several services to entrepreneurs such as business consultancy, training and advice; provides infos on macroeconomic data, business start-up, financing sources, opportunities on international markets, IP and consumers’ protection.
It has also an active role in digitalization and sustainability, touristic and territory promotion.
In the digitalization field, it is one of the National Digital Business Points authorized by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development to help companies enhance their businesses’ digitalization.
In sustainability area CCIAA provides support to SMEs through training and advice regarding:
- on energy issues through energy management experts (e.g. energy diagnoses, action plans for improving energy efficiency)
- on ESG criteria as measures of responsibility and sustainability assessed according to environmental, social and governance dimensions;
- on energy transition and efficiency and on renewable energy communities.
CCIAA also acts as a facilitator and discussion desk for entrepreneurial associations, BSOs, SMEs and stakeholders on energy transition and renewable energy communities: at Regional level indeed the Chamber is involved in multi-lateral processes to develop Energy Communities.
Regarding touristic promotion, one of the goals of the Chamber of Commerce is to promote the Umbrian territories at the national and international levels. To this end, the CCIAA Umbria sponsors agreements and develops projects, together with local stakeholders, to promote such territories as a top tourist destination and to support tourism business to enhance their attractiveness.
The Chamber designs innovative supporting measures for local businesses to fight unemployment especially in younger generations including NEETs, involving local stakeholders, and carries out projects to help companies growing in the international markets through training and consultancy, as well as international fairs, incomings, B2B meetings. Umbria Chamber of Commerce is also partner of EEN – Enterprise Europe Network specializing in internationalization, sustainability and IP advisory services.
Several services are dedicated to secondary school students to enhance the skills required by the businesses’ system and encourage informed choices regarding school-to-work orientation. It also provides many different services aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs who aim at establishing their own business through training courses, experts’ assistance with business planning. CCIAA manages several national and EU funded projects related to SMEs, innovation, tourism, digitalization, and training on entrepreneurship and for the VET sector.
InnoPark Konya Technology Development Zone is one of Turkey’s prominent R&D and innovation centers that brings together Konya’s industrial strength with a cutting-edge technology ecosystem. Established under the leadership of the Konya Chamber of Industry and supported by a broad public–university–private sector partnership, InnoPark has been operating as a strong structure aimed at increasing the region’s technological production capacity since its foundation.
Integrating Konya’s robust industrial background with advanced technology, InnoPark serves as a strategic hub that contributes to the development of technology-based production. Its location within the Organized Industrial Zone provides companies with close access to production areas and enables the rapid development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of industry.
The office spaces within the zone are equipped with modern infrastructure designed to support the efficient work of R&D and innovation-focused companies. For production-oriented firms, the workshop and prototyping areas offer a major advantage by facilitating the transition from idea to product. These workshops provide a flexible and scalable structure suitable for product development activities in numerous technology fields, including electronics, machinery, automation, software, and more.
One of the key components of InnoPark is its Entrepreneurship Center, a comprehensive ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs with technology-focused business ideas. Through pre-incubation and incubation programs, the center offers mentorship, technical consultancy, business model development support, and suitable working spaces, ensuring that innovative ideas can evolve into sustainable enterprises. The Entrepreneurship Center goes beyond offering physical space; it guides startups throughout the entire process, from preparing for investment to commercialization.
Today, InnoPark has become one of the leading drivers of technology-oriented transformation in Konya, with its office and workshop facilities, entrepreneurship center, modern infrastructure, and its structure centered on university–industry collaboration. With its approach that supports innovative thinking, its facilities that enhance production capacity, and its broad network of stakeholders, InnoPark continues to be one of the key institutions shaping Turkey’s technology and innovation vision.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality (KMM) is the largest municipality in Türkiye, with a surface area of approximately 42,000 km². It is widely recognized as a model municipality both nationally and internationally.
KMM is a public institution that obtained metropolitan municipality status in 1982. Today, it serves a population of over 2,320,000 with 22 departments, 89 branch offices, and approximately 10,000 employees. Its comprehensive organizational structure enables the effective execution and management of metropolitan services.
Within the Department of Financial Services, there is the Directorate of Strategy, Funds and Grants, along with its affiliated Project Office. The Project Office consists of 10 Project Specialists who are experts in project management and fund/grant mechanisms. The office currently carries out numerous projects supported by the EU, as well as various national and local funding sources.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality is a local government that approaches the city’s development through the pillars of technology, education, and social progress, and stands out with its innovative, inclusive, and sustainable projects. Through smart city applications, digital transformation investments, science and technology centers, and youth-women-focused educational programs, it aims to ensure that every segment of society benefits equally from the opportunities of the digital age. Efforts to enhance women’s digital literacy, strengthen their participation in technology-based production processes, and support their active engagement in the digital world constitute an important part of the municipality’s social policy approach. In this regard, various collaborations and capacity-building activities contribute to shaping Konya’s vision as a human-centered city that aligns with technological advancements.
