WP2: Toolkit for Young Women

A2.1. In this activity, a comprehensive curriculum will be prepared in the fields of green entrepreneurship and digitalentrepreneurship. In the Green Entrepreneurship title, basic topics such as sustainable business models, methods forreducing carbon footprint, green marketing and circular economy will be covered. In the Digital Entrepreneurship modules,e-commerce (marketplaces, digital payment systems, logistics), digital marketing (social media management, dataanalytics), cyber security and technology trends (blockchain, cloud computing) will be covered.

 

A2.2. At this stage, modules will be prepared in which the basic concepts of artificial intelligence will be conveyed in asimple and accessible language. The contents, which will focus especially on practical applications, will show theparticipants how they can use AI-based tools in their businesses or entrepreneurial projects. For example, it will be a guideexplaining how AI can be used to perform customer segmentation, create demand forecasts or perform data analysis.

 

A2.3. Two types of guides will be prepared for the effective implementation of the training materials produced throughout theproject. The Instructor Guides will include methods to be used in classroom or online training, sample lesson plans,measurement-evaluation criteria, and techniques to increase participant motivation. The Participant Guides are a guide thatwill help young women follow the training process in the most efficient way.

 

A2.4. In this activity, all training materials developed in A2.1 and A2.2 and the guides prepared in A2.3 will be collected on asingle online platform. A user-friendly interface will be created for participants to customize the learning process. Youngwomen will be able to earn achievement badges or certificates at the end of the modules as they complete them.
