WP4: Policy Report

A4.1. (Collecting data on young women’s experiences and feedback): Under the leadership of UCC, data will be collectedfrom young women who participated in training and AI-based mentoring processes within the scope of the project throughsurveys, focus group interviews and case studies. 

 

A4.2. (Evaluating the outcomes of training and mentoring activities): With the collaboration of UCC, Joist and Innopark, theeffectiveness of the training and AI-based mentoring activities carried out throughout the project will be evaluated. 

 

A4.3. (Preparing a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations for policymakers): Under the leadership of UCC,a comprehensive report for policymakers will be prepared by combining the data analyses and suggestions from Innoparkand Joist. This report will identify women’s experiences in green and digital entrepreneurship in the business world and theobstacles encountered in this area and offer solution suggestions.

 

A4.4. (Disseminating the report at national and international levels with Panel): The report will be shared with stakeholders atnational and international levels through a panel and similar events to be organized by KADEM. Other partners will alsosupport this dissemination process and ensure that the report reaches a wider audience.
