Our primary goal within the scope of this project is to provide young women between the ages of 18-30 with a qualified training process on AI and green/digital entrepreneurship and to transform them into self-confident individuals in this field. In line with this goal, training curricula will be created for young women within the scope of WP2 on green and digital entrepreneurship and the use of artificial intelligence in business life. These created training contents will be transferred to the e-learning platform through a modern interface. As a concrete output of the trainings, we aim for at least 30% of the young women who benefit from the project outputs to start their own digital or green initiatives or lead innovative projects in the institutions they currently work in within the first 2 years at the end of the project. AI-based innovations will also be at the center of these initiatives. These results that we will obtain within the scope of WP2 and WP3 overlap with the priorities of"Promoting active citizenship, young people’s sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship including social entrepreneurship" and "Strengthening the employability of young people". Thus, young women will be equipped with the digital skills required by the age.
Another important output of the project is the development of the Mentor AI Mobile Application. This application will provide instant feedback and personalized roadmaps to participants in their entrepreneurial stages and business lives. Thanks to the successful use of the application, it is aimed that 90% of the young women who benefit from the project will start usingAI-based tools effectively in their business lives.
These concrete results that we will obtain within the scope of WP3 are closely related to the priority of "Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity". In addition, the Policy Report, which will be prepared by taking the feedback from the survey to be conducted with young women and the opinions of relevant experts, will be presented to relevant stakeholders at national and international levels. This report will include at least 10 concrete policy recommendations to increase women's participation in green and digital entrepreneurship. In addition, 1 international conference and 3 Green - Digital Entrepreneurship and AI themed bootcamps(at least 50 participants each) will be held within the scope of dissemination. In this way, it will be possible to disseminatet he project outputs to wider audiences.
The Policy Report and dissemination activities, again in connection with Promoting active citizenship, aim to reflect the obtained data to decision-makers and ensure that young women are more considered in public policies. At least 10 concrete policy recommendations to be presented in this report will lead to steps to increase gender
